Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve

I woke up at noon. Yeah, that is my usual wake up time these days. I'm surprise my mum doesn't really say anything about it. I mean she still does, but it's lesser than back then. I realise she's much nicer these days when Daddy is not around.

I’ve always felt that my mother was this very pure and deserving entity, but on the level of my understanding as a youngster, she was just a mum and she was; she was guilty of doing mum things – setting out restrictions and making demands and preventing me from making certain turns, life turns, I suppose. So when she talked to me on that level, she was a mum from my point of view, talking to her daughter. Especially during some of the whippings she gave me – and there were quite a few, and they were all different from the whippings I got from my dad. My father’s discipline was emotional though. When he would get to whipping on me, it was as if he could beat into me some wisdom that he knew would be essential for my survival.

So anyways, I spent my day watching the movie Bolt on the internet. I didn't quite get to see the ending because my laptop lagged in the end. Mummy asked me to cook dinner tonight since I'm staying home today. But I didn't I was soooo lazyy. So mummy did.

Anyways later on, in the evening, Lee texted me asking what are my plans tonight for Christmas's Eve. I told her I'm having a mini Christmas Dinner with my family. And my mum told me I'm allowed to invite friends.

So I invited, Lee, Fate, Fatin. Yes. Haha. Mummy cooked Roast Chicken, Coleslaw, French Fries, Gravy, Mushroom Soup. Lee brought Coke and Yummy Donuts.

So anyways, they stayed til 11pm and went back home. We initially planned to go St James. But we checked it out, the cover charge tonight was 35 bucks. So we were like....Umms, Fcuk it. We'll just stay home tonight.

We even called Kelly - my ex boss from Terrapinn. And I promised her we have to really catch up after she comes back from the Phillipines; she is leaving on Friday.I'm just glad my closest friends came over tonight for a Mini Christmas Dinner.

To Sufardi,

"You look almost perfect...the only thing I can see that's wrong is your lips...they're not touching mine."

Happy Holidays Lovely People! Merry Christmas!
